• Dana Gray, rehabber, landlord, and community outreach coordinator for TGNCDC will provide an overview of Property Tax Abatement.

• Hear from Michael Allen, architectural historian and Washington University lecturer. Michael will review state and federal tax credit programs, eligibility, how to apply, and review case studies.

• Joel Dauve, a CPA at Millhouse Neal LLP, will share an overview of the bookkeeping needed for any tax credit project
